Managing Director of Big Bird Foods (Pvt.) Limited and Director of all Group Companies.The founder Chief Executive of Grand Parent Poultry (Pvt.) Limited.
He is DVM & M.Sc. in Animal Nutrition.
Thirty years experience of grandparent poultry operations, PS production & Marketing, including more than two decades in Grand Parent Poultry operations.
Dr Kamal was instrumental in bringing the grandparent poultry technology in Pakistan in collaboration with Hubbard of USA.

He provides inspiration and guides the team to turn strategies into realities at Big Bird Group.
He demonstrates participative Leadership style with rich experience of business & operation management, research and technical operations of the group.
He is the Ex-Chairman of Pakistan Poultry Association (PPA).
